Due to the personal-use nature of our products, all sales are final.

❌ No Returns. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

For hygiene and safety reasons, Luxxe Exotics does not accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, closures, or custom products once delivered.

⏱️ QUALITY CONCERNS & REPORTING WINDOW

If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@luxxeexotics.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the unit (lace, ends, texture)
Original condition (unworn, uninstalled, unaltered)

Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

🧴 CARE & MAINTENANCE DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Improper installation or bleaching
Heat damage
Product buildup
Styling, cutting, or customization
Improper maintenance or care after wear

Once hair has been installed, worn, styled, altered, or washed, it is no longer eligible for any form of refund or replacement.

🛑 RAW HAIR CARE NOTICE

Raw hair textures (including Burmese Curly) require advanced care and maintenance.
By purchasing raw hair, you acknowledge that:

Texture behavior may vary
Improper care can cause tangling, frizz, or matting
Results depend on user maintenance and styling practices

If you are unfamiliar with caring for raw textures, we strongly encourage contacting us before placing your order.

🧾 INSPECTION & RESOLUTION (AT OUR DISCRETION)

In rare cases where a quality concern is reported within the allowed timeframe, Luxxe Exotics may request the item be returned for inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping
Resolution (if any) is determined after inspection
Possible resolutions include store credit only
Cash refunds are not guaranteed

Luxxe Exotics reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet policy requirements.

🚫 FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS & ABUSE

Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be actively disputed with supporting documentation. Customers who abuse policies, file fraudulent claims, or attempt chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.

📜 FINAL AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Luxxe Exotics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies.
Policies in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.
