Because our products are considered personal-use items, all sales are final.

• Due to hygiene standards and federal health regulations, we do not accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, closures, or custom products.

• Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:

  • Improper care or installation

  • Disliking the texture after wear

  • Failure to read product descriptions or maintenance needs

🛑 RAW HAIR CARE NOTICE

Raw textures—especially Burmese Curly—require special care:

• Co-wash and deep condition before installing

• Avoid brushing while dry to reduce shedding

• Keep moisturized and detangle gently while wet

Once the hair is installed, worn, or altered, we cannot accept complaints or initiate returns.

If you’re unfamiliar with caring for raw textures, please reach out before placing your order.
