🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Luxxe Exotics, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals, and custom hair products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

❌ NO RETURNS • NO REFUNDS • NO EXCHANGES

All purchases made through Luxxe Exotics are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on:

• Wigs
• Hair extensions
• Bundle sets
• Closures
• Frontals
• Custom orders
• Sale items
• Promotional purchases
• Gift card purchases

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Improper care, maintenance, or storage
• Improper installation
• Disliking the texture, length, color, density, or lace size
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Failure to follow recommended hair care instructions
• Personal preference after purchase
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Failure to properly maintain raw or curly hair textures

🛑 RAW HAIR CARE NOTICE

Raw hair requires routine maintenance and proper care.

Certain textures, including Burmese Curly, Deep Curly, Water Wave, and other textured patterns, require regular moisturizing, conditioning, and gentle detangling.

Customers are responsible for understanding the maintenance requirements associated with their selected texture prior to purchase.

We strongly encourage customers unfamiliar with raw hair to contact us before placing an order.

Recommended care includes:

• Co-washing before installation
• Deep conditioning regularly
• Detangling while wet and conditioned
• Avoiding excessive heat or chemical processing
• Storing hair properly when not in use

Once hair has been:

• Removed from its original packaging
• Installed
• Worn
• Cut
• Colored
• Bleached
• Customized
• Altered in any way

the item becomes ineligible for any return, refund, exchange, or replacement consideration.

📨 WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If your order is incorrect or damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@luxxeexotics.com.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product received
• Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

Failure to report incorrect or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

Luxxe Exotics reserves the right to review all claims and determine an appropriate resolution.

📦 REFUSED, RETURNED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned to Luxxe Exotics due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any customer-related delivery issue are not eligible for a refund.

Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship an order.

💳 PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Luxxe Exotics directly regarding any concerns with their order before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through their payment provider.

Luxxe Exotics reserves the right to challenge disputes involving successfully fulfilled orders.

Supporting documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Order confirmations
• Customer account information
• Billing and shipping records
• Fraud analysis and verification results
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier
• Customer communications
• Website policies accepted at checkout

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of non-delivery, unauthorized use claims made after successful delivery, or attempts to obtain products without payment may result in:

• Refusal of future service
• Cancellation of future orders
• Submission of supporting evidence to payment processors and financial institutions

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier shall be considered fulfilled unless otherwise determined by carrier investigation.
