Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Orders that are actively processing, in production, awaiting shipment, or already shipped are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

If you have questions regarding a product, texture, processing time, or shipping timeline, please contact us before completing your purchase.

📦 PROCESSING & SHIPPING

ON HAND INVENTORY

Products marked as "On Hand" are physically available and ready to ship.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day may qualify for same-day shipping or pickup.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

PREORDERS

Products marked as "Preorder" require processing prior to shipment.

Processing times vary by product and will be listed on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated, preorder processing times are approximately 7–14 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

🚚 SHIPPING CARRIERS

Luxxe Exotics utilizes various shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other available services.

Carrier selection is determined by delivery location, shipping speed, package size, and overall efficiency.

We strive to use the fastest and most cost-effective shipping option available for each order.

Carrier selection cannot be guaranteed.

📍 TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be emailed automatically once an order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please allow time for carrier systems to update tracking information after receiving your tracking number.

Luxxe Exotics is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates.

📦 DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully fulfilled.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier may be used as evidence in response to payment disputes, chargebacks, claims, or investigations.

Customers must report delivery issues within 7 days of the carrier's marked delivery date.

🛡 SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is available at checkout and is strongly recommended.

Shipping Protection may provide coverage for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages subject to the protection provider's terms and conditions.

Customers who decline Shipping Protection assume responsibility for claims involving packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

🏠 SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Luxxe Exotics is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Undeliverable addresses
• Delivery delays caused by address errors

Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 RETURNED, REFUSED, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Orders returned due to:

• Refused delivery
• Failure to claim the package
• Incorrect address submission

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Orders flagged as high-risk by fraud prevention systems may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

🖊 LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in Columbia, Mississippi.

Customers must wait until receiving pickup instructions before arriving.

Preorder items are not eligible for immediate pickup.

Customers may be required to verify their identity before receiving their order.

Acceptance of a local pickup order serves as confirmation that the order was received in satisfactory condition.
