📦 SHIPPING POLICY

At Luxxe Exotics, we’re committed to providing a seamless and reliable experience. Please review the following carefully before placing your order:

1. Processing & Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2 PM CST are eligible for same-day shipping or local pickup if marked “on hand.”

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • We ship Monday through Friday only. No weekend or holiday shipping.

2. Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.

  • Once scanned by the carrier, Luxxe Exotics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages.

  • For added peace of mind, consider shipping to a secure address or requesting signature confirmation at checkout.

3. Local Pickup

  • Pickup is available in Columbia, MS.

  • Please wait until your order is marked “Ready for Pickup” before arriving.

  • Pre-Order items require processing time as listed on the product page and are not available for same-day pickup.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
